Ingredients
1 Plant-Based Cali’flour Crust
2-3 T vegan alfredo sauce (*see below for recipe link)
½ c vegan mozzarella cheese
1c broccolini florets
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
White Truffle oil

Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Prepare Topping
Toss florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Assemble Pizza
On prepared crust, spread vegan alfredo sauce to crust edge. Add vegan cheese and broccolini and return to oven to bake for 5 min at 400. Remove from and drizzle with white truffle oil. Enjoy!
