1 Cali’flour Crust
Olive oil cooking spray
4 oz ground turkey
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
⅛ t Kosher salt
2 T ketchup
1 T mayonnaise
1 small plum tomato, thinly sliced
2 T dill pickle chips
¼ c shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Spray a medium skillet with cooking spray and warm to med-high. Add turkey, onion, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from heat. Let cool.
In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup and mayonnaise.
To prepare crust, apply spread mixture evenly, top with turkey, then tomato, pickle chips, and cheese. Place in oven on high broil for 2-5 min or until cheese has melted and ingredients warmed through. Remove from the oven and let rest. Serve and enjoy!
