1 Pumpkin Spice or Plain Cali’flour Crust
½ c sweet potato/pumpkin puree
½ c mini marshmallows
¼ chopped pecans
2 tsp coconut sugar
⅛ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Mix puree with sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Spread puree evenly to cover the crust, then add the marshmallows and pecans. Return to oven to high broil for 2-5 minutes until marshmallows are golden. Remove from oven and dust with additional cinnamon and sugar if desired. Enjoy!
