1 Plain Plant-Based Cali’flour Crust
¼ c cashew cream cheese, at room temperature (*see recipe)
⅓ c sliced strawberries
2 t slivered almonds
2 t honey
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.
On prepared crust, add cashew cream cheese and spread to edge to cover crust. Add strawberries, almonds, and drizzle honey. Serve and enjoy!
*Cashew Cream Cheese:
1 ½ c raw cashews
1 t probiotic powder (non-dairy)
½ t sea salt
Prepare Cashew Cream Cheese
In a bowl add cashews and enough hot water to cover nuts. Cover the bowl with a dish towel and soak cashews for 2 to 12 hours. Drain. In a high-speed processor, combine cashews, ¼ c of water, probiotic, and salt. Blend until very smooth, 3-5 minutes, stopping to scrape sides of the bowl and adding additional teaspoons of water if too thick. Transfer to a jar and let sit out for 2 days on the counter loosely covered. Stir several times a day. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
