Seasonal Goat Cheese with Cali’Crisps


1-2 Cali’flour Foods Crusts
1 8-10 oz goat cheese log
½ c pistachios chopped 
2 T dried cranberries
Fig spread

Seasonal Goat Cheese with Cali’Crisps

Prepare Cali’flour Crisps

Preheat oven to 400. Cut Cali’flour Crusts into desired pieces and place on vented pizza pan or screen in a single layer. Bake 12-14 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven and let rest to set up and firm.

Prepare Appetizer

Place chopped pistachios on a plate. Add dried cranberries if using. Roll goat cheese on a plate to coat the top of the cheese with nuts and cranberries. Place on a serving tray. Drizzle with honey. Place fig spread in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and drizzle over goat cheese. Serve with Cali’Crsips and enjoy!
