Savory Keto Chaffle

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 Cauli’flour pizza crust, thawed and cut into a few pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Seasoning(s) of choice

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend the crust and eggs in a blender for 15 seconds. Stir in cheese and seasonings.
2. Pour half the batter into a heated waffle iron and cook until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Repeat with remaining batter.
4. Top with fresh guacamole or a sunny side up egg or hot sauce.
