Sweet Red Pepper Crusts (or your favorite variety)
1 jar of roasted red bell peppers drained
¼ c of feta cheese crumbles
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare Cali’flour Crisps
Preheat oven to 400. Cut Cali’flour Crusts into desired pieces and place on vented pizza pan or screen in a single layer. Bake 12-14 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven and let rest to set up and firm.
Add to a blender, the roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and a splash of olive oil mixing until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble Dip and Crisps:
Serve dip in a bowl surrounded by crisps on a tray. Enjoy!
