INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cali'flour Plant-Based Crust
- Homemade hummus or your favorite brand
- Spinach
- Chopped Olives
- Precooked Sweet Potato
- Onion
- Purple Cauliflower
- Green Onions
- Bell Pepper
- Optional: Vegan Cheese (Feta)
PREPARE THE CRUST
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.
FOR THE HUMMUS:
Homemade Hummus: combine 1 can of chickpeas (drained,) a tablespoon of tahini, a squeeze of a lemon, half a clove of garlic, some paprika, pepper, salt and 1/4 cup of water in a blender or food processor. Blend until a smooth and thick consistency is reached.
FOR THE PIZZA
Spread homemade hummus over the crust, and top with spinach, chopped olives, precooked sweet potato, onion, purple cauliflower, green onions, and bell pepper.
