Ingredients
1 Cinnamon Spice or Plain Cali’flour Crust
¼ c ricotta
1 T honey
½ t cardamom
¼ c toasted pistachios
½ c pomegranate seeds
Extra honey for drizzling

Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Prepare Pizza
Mix ricotta, honey, and cardamom together and spread over the crust evenly to cover. Top with toasted pistachios, pomegranate seeds and an additional drizzle of honey. Serve and enjoy!
