Pear and Walnut Pizza


1 Cali’flour Pizza Crust
1-2 Bosc pears, cored and thinly sliced
4 oz gorgonzola cheese 
¼ c walnuts chopped
Fresh thyme for garnish
Balsamic reduction for garnish (optional)

Pear and Walnut Pizza

Prepare Pizza Crust

Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Assemble Pizza

On prepared crust, arrange pears to evenly fan and cover to edge. Top with gorgonzola crumbles and walnuts. Return to oven on high broil for 2-5 minutes to melt cheese and warm pears. Remove from oven and garnish with thyme and reduction if desired. Serve and enjoy.

*Add prosciutto before broiling to elevate pizza.
