- 1 Cali'flour Foods Plain Crust
- 2 tbs butter (softened, cut into cubes)
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (or more if needed)
- Purple food coloring
PREPARE THE CRUST
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Use a hand mixer to beat together the cream cheese and butter, until fluffy.
Beat in the sweetener and vanilla, until well incorporated. Add cream and beat again, until creamy. You can adjust the amount of cream to desired consistency.
