Mini Turkey Pepperoni Cali'Bites

Ingredients

2 Plain Cali’flour Crusts
1 c pizza sauce
¾ c shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ c freshly grated Parmesan
36 mini turkey pepperonis
2.5” cookie cutter

Mini Turkey Pepperoni Cali'Bites

Prepare Mini Crusts

Preheat oven to 375-400. Cut Cali’flour Crusts into rounds using a cookie cutter. Place mini crusts on vented pizza pan or screen in a single layer. Bake 12-14 minutes until crisp. Remove from the oven and let rest to set up.

Assemble Pizza Bites

Add pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella and parmesan cheese, followed by mini pepperonis to the crusts. Return to oven on high broil for about 1-2 min to melt cheeses and warm toppings. Remove from the oven. Serve and enjoy!
