Keto Chicken Josephena Pizza

Ingredients

1 Cali’flour Foods Pizza Crust
½ c chicken breast, cooked and chopped
3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 oz mild diced green chiles
½ c Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 T avocado mayonnaise
½ t garlic powder

Keto Chicken Josephena Pizza

Prepare Pizza Crust

Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust or Flatbreads as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Assemble Pizza

In a bowl, combine chiles, grated cheese, mayo, and garlic powder. Mix well, then add chicken to combine. Spread mixture onto prepared crust out to the edge. Return to oven on high broil until cheese is bubbling and golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven to rest. Garnish with bacon crumbles, serve and enjoy
