- Cali’flour Foods Pizza Crust
- 1/3 cup kale pesto or more
- 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz. burrata cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Spoon the pesto out onto the cooked pizza crust, then use the back of the spoon to spread it out.
Top the pesto with the tomatoes, then bake the pizza for 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven, then brush the crust with 1 tbsp olive oil, and add the burrata cheese. Place the pizza back into the oven and bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, cut and enjoy!
