1 Cali'flour Foods Crust (e.g. Plain or Original Italian)
3-5 thin slices of ham
¼ c shredded mozzarella cheese
Thinly sliced Granny Smith apple
2-3 T of grated swiss or gruyere cheese
1 T dijon mustard
1 T apricot preserves
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Apply 1 T of mustard and apricot preserves to the crust, spreading to cover the crust to the edge. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, ham, apple slices, swiss/gruyere cheese, and rosemary. Return to oven for 5 min or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and enjoy!
