1 Plant-Based or traditional Cali’flour Crust
2-3 T Kite Hill cream cheese style spread or favorite soft cheese spread
¼ c fresh arugula
2-3 fresh figs sliced or quartered
2-3 T walnuts or pecans chopped (optional)
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre bake the Cali’flour crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
On your prepared crust, spread Kite Hill or other spread to lightly cover to the edges. Add arugula, figs, and nuts. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve. Enjoy!
