INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Cali'flour Jalapeño Flatbreads
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1/4 roasted corn (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Lay out the flatbreads and set aside. Recommend air frying or warming up the flatbreads in the skillet beforehand (see Step 2).
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Add the taco seasoning, along with 1 tablespoon of water, and stir until combined. Remove from the heat. If desired, brown flatbreads in skillet on medium heat for 1 - 2 minute each side.
3. Fill the tortillas with the ground beef mixture and desired toppings. Enjoy!
