Cubano Sandwich

Ingredients

4 Plain Cali’flour Foods Flatbreads
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
4-6 slices of deli ham 
4 oz thinly sliced pork (roast, chop or pulled)
4 slices of Swiss cheese
 ¼ c sliced bread and butter pickles
Butter (softened)

Cubano Sandwich

Prepare Cubano Sandwich

Spread mustard evenly on one side of the Cali’flour Flatbreads. Layer half of the cheese, ham, pork, pickles and the remaining cheese on two flatbreads. Cover each with one of the remaining flatbreads. Butter the outside (top and bottom) of the sandwich.

Preheat a panini grill, indoor grill, or waffle iron according to the product instructions. Place flatbread sandwiches on the heated surface and cook until golden and cheese melted. If needed: flip to cook both sides of sandwich. Remove from heat. Serve with additional pickles and enjoy!
