1 Cali’flour Crust (Italian)
2 T alfredo sauce or garlic cream sauce
½ c shredded mozzarella
1 c chopped roasted/grilled/baked chicken
2-3 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 clove of garlic minced
¼ c green onions chopped
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of garlic white sauce to cover the crust, then add mozzarella cheese, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and garlic. Return to oven on high broil for 2-5 minutes to warm toppings. Remove from oven then sprinkle with green onions. Let set and enjoy!
