Cheesy Woven Sun-Dried Tomato Flatbread

INGREDIENTS: 

Cali'flour Foods Sun-Dried Tomato Flatbreads

1/3 Cup Mozzarella Cheese 

Fried Egg

Tomatoes 

Pesto

DIRECTIONS

For the flatbreads:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees with the vented pan inside. 
Once heated, take the vented pan out and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Place frozen flatbreads on a vented pan and cook for 10-12 minutes

While still hot, slice into 6 strips. Create a woven pattern going over and under with your strips - two will be used horizontally, to recreate your circular flatbread. Melt 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese in a greased pan. As cheese is melting add your strips to the top of the cheese. Use a spatula to transfer my woven flatbread over to the pan. Continue to cook for about 2 mins until cheese is harden on the bottom and the strips are secure in the cheese. Trim woven discs into a circular shape, add to any dish and enjoy!
