Cheesy Asparagus Pizzata


1 Cali’flour Crust
3 eggs
10-12 spears of fresh asparagus
2 T goat or feta cheese crumbles
¼ c grated parmesan
salt and pepper to taste

Cheesy Asparagus Pizzata

Prepare Pizza Crust

Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Assemble Pizzata

Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy, salt and pepper as desired. In an iron skillet or baking dish, place crust and then layer asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese crumbles then pour in egg mixture. Place in oven to broil until eggs are cooked through and asparagus are golden. Remove from oven and garnish with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
