Cali'Spicy Breakfast Tostada

Ingredients

1 Cali'flour Foods Crust
1 c prepared pulled pork
Primal Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing
1 Avocado, divided in half (slice one half)
3 Eggs (fried crispy in Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil)
¼ c Cojita cheese Fresh cilantro, chopped and sprigs for garnish
2 T Red onion
chopped Pico de gallo

    Cali'Spicy Breakfast Tostada

    Prepare Pizza Crust

    Pre bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.

    Assemble Pizza

    Mash half of the avocado with Primal Kitchen Cilantro Lime dressing. Add the mashed avocado to the prepared crust spreading to the edge. Add pulled pork, fried eggs, Cotija cheese, cilantro, red onion, and salsa. Serve and enjoy!
