1 Cali’flour crust
¼ c black beans or 2-3 T black bean puree
¼ c shredded cheese
¼ c pico de gallo or mango salsa
½ of an avocado chopped
Fresh cilantro chopped
Sliced jalapenos (optional)
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
To prepare crust, add beans or spread, shredded cheese, salsa, avocado, cilantro, and jalapenos. Enjoy!
