5 tbsp. butter, softened and divided
4 Cali'flour Flatbreads
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each flatbread. With the butter side facing down, top each flatbread with 1/2 cup of cheese.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Once the butter in the pan has melted, add the two flatbreads with cheese.
Cook until flatbread is golden brown and cheese is melted, around 2 minutes.
Flip on flatbread on top of the other and cook for another 30 seconds.
