Cali'Fruit Wreath


Plain Cali’flour Foods Crust
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 T maple syrup
1 ½ t lemon juice
Fresh fruit: strawberries, moondrop grapes, raspberries, fresh and dried blueberries
Fresh mint

Cali'Fruit Wreath

Prepare Crust

On a semi thawed Cali’flour Crust, using a 4” cookie cutter, remove the center to create the “wreath” or ring. (Save cut out for other preparations like breadcrumbs). Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Prepare Wreath

In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, maple syrup and lemon juice. Place crust on a serving plate or platter. Spread mixture evenly on prepared crust. Arrange wreath with assortment of fresh fruit and mint. Serve and enjoy.
