Cali'flour Panini


4 Cali'flour crusts (Japapeno or your choice)
1 cup baby spinach
2 ounces mozzarella
8 slices pepperoni
12 slices salami
8 fresh basil leaves

Cali'flour Panini


Pre-bake the Cali'flour Foods Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan. Remove from the oven and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes

Heat the panini press to medium heat

For each sandwich: cut the crust in quarters. Spread a layer of mozzarella on both flatbread halves and arrange pepperoni slices and salami over the cheese. Close the sandwich with the other crust.

(Option to spread mozzarella between layers)

Grill two paninis at a time, with the lid closed, until the cheese is melted and the crust is toasted, 1 to 2 minutes

Makes 4 paninis
