1 Cali’Flour Pizza Crust (Original Italian or Sweet Red Pepper)
3-4 T hummus
1 c romaine lettuce, chopped
2 T kalamata olives, chopped
2 T sun dried tomatoes,
1 1/2 T red onions, chopped
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh ground pepper
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Toss lettuce in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice, 1 t of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. On prepared crust, spread hummus all the way to crust edge. Top with lettuce, olives, tomatoes, and onion. Serve and enjoy!
*To add more variety: add sliced mini bell peppers and/or chicken.
