1 Cali’flour Crust
1 ripe avocado
½ c cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
2 T feta or goat cheese crumbles
Cracked black pepper
Prepare Pizza Crust
Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.
Assemble Cali Toast
On the crust, mash avocado and spread to the edges. Add tomatoes, cheese crumbles, a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Optional: Return to oven and set to high broil for 2-4 minutes to warm ingredients. Enjoy!
