Anchovy and Jalapeño Pizza


1 Cali’flour Crust
¼ c marinara sauce
1 2 ozcan anchovies in olive oil, drained
1 small jalapeño chile, cut into thin rings
2 t Parmesan cheese (optional)

Anchovy and Jalapeño Pizza

Prepare Pizza Crust

Pre-bake the Cali’flour Crust as instructed in an oven at 375-400 on a vented pizza pan, pizza screen, or on a non-stick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a minimum of 10 minutes.

Assemble Pizza

Spread marinara sauce over prepared crust. Arrange anchovies in a circular pattern then set chile rings. Place in oven on high broil for about 2-5 min, until everything is hot. Remove oven, top with the cheese if using. Serve and enjoy!
